Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No Refunds.
  • No-show. No credit or refund is possible when a student doesn’t cancel and doesn’t show for a session
  • Cancellations.
    • Less than 4 hours notice: Not eligible to attend Make-Up Day 2022 for free.
    • 4 or more hours notice: Eligible to attend Make-Up Day 2022 for free. Location: online or Crockett home office
  • Make-up Day (MUD): Sunday, December 11, 2022, 10a.m.
    • MUD is a group session where individuals get their specific questions answered.
    • If you don’t want the MUD, you can transfer the MUD credit to someone you know or give it to the Program and we’ll offer it to a family in a Title I neighborhood. Notify us by Wednesday, Dec 7, 2022, 10a to validate the transfer. Credit that is not transferred on time will be forfeited.
    • If the student can’t attend or doesn’t attend, that credit is forfeited.
    • If the Program cancels make-up day, refunds will be sent by check.
