Rescheduling/Canceling
- Saver’s Rate: No changes to the reservation are permitted. If you decide to cancel the session, no part of the payment will be returned to the you or payee.
- Flexible Rate (Flex-rate): Changes to the reservation are conditionally permitted. Rescheduling is permitted only IF you cancel the session by email or phone with 24 or more hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, no part of the payment will be returned to you or the payee but the student may request a free 30-minute online session.
- Academic success hinges on regular tutoring; canceling or rescheduling can disrupt progress.
No-show
- If a student fails to show up for tutoring, no part of the prepayment will be returned to the customer or payee.
- Academic success hinges on regular tutoring; missed sessions can disrupt progress.
