Don’t get fooled. If you think that year-to-year tutoring, training, or coaching is needed to succeed at school or work, consider why you hold that belief. A goal of businesses is to grow, and they do that through recruitment and, especially, retention. Shouldn’t one goal of a learning center be to reduce your reliance on their services? Year-to-year retention should be near zero if the center is effectively showing people how to learn on their own.
